Joni Fuller: 5.30 - 6.30 (Fairways Lounge)

|
Joni Fuller, a sixteen year old singer-songwriter, classically-trained pianist and violinist has performed in the UK, across Europe and beyond. Aged 12, she opened at the Casino Barriere (Montreux Jazz Festival) and has since played live venues ranging from intimate theatres in Paris and Belgium to 60,000 seater stadiums in Germany, as well as making TV and radio appearances in the UK, France and Switzerland. Joni has recently teamed up with gifted young guitarist Tim de Graauw to develop her live acoustic set.

The pairing of two of Scotland's finest musicians first occurred at a prestigious art launch in the Kibble Palace in Glasgow's Botanic Gardens and they were subsequently featured on Radio Scotland in the week of concerts to mark the opening of the BBC's Pacific Quay studio complex. Well respected on the European blues circuit they have established a strong following nationwide.

Continuing to build on their growing reputation as a great live band, playing to crowds of up to 20,000 as in Edinburgh's Princes Street Gardens, they have developed a collection of their own original songs, which together with their powerhouse rhythm and blues are commanding a growing amount of media attention.
